SWS Capital Berhad ("SWSCAP") commenced operations on 1 December 2003 as an investment holding company and was listed on the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 15 March 2004. It was formerly known as UDS Capital Berhad before its name change to SWS Capital Berhad on 21 March 2012. The business activities of SWSCAP and its subsidiaries (“Group”) can be classified into wood furniture division and plastic division.
